CALENDAS TINTO 2010 (Red) - Gold Medal Winner of the Berliner Wine Trophy 2007 & 2008.
A young wine perfect for every occasion. It is a high quality wine, with intense aromas and a dark violet colour, which shows it's youth. The elegance and fine tannins of the Tempranillo grapes combines perfectly with the strawberry and raspberry notes from the Garnacha grapes. This is a structured and fine wine that goes very well with every day food and with tapas.
CALENDAS BLANCO (White) – Winner of the 'Best unoaked white of Navarra 2010'.
This is a dry and aromatic white wine, in which Ochoa have selected the best vines of Viura and Chardonnay from their vineyards in Traibuenas. There is a minor variety, Moscatel (7%) which provices it's characteristic aromas and floral notes. It is the perfect accompaniement to food or wonderful just on it's own.

This colourful event sponsored by Wines from Rioja will be running over two days at Potters Field Park, located on the Southbank with spectacular views of the iconic Tower Bridge and the Thames. The park can be accessed via Tooley St, Tower Bridge Road.

Entry is free so why not come along to taste a variety of red, white and rosé wines from some of Rioja’s most famous vineyards as you make your way around the vibrant wine and tapas stalls.

TWINKLETRUST ANIMAL AID
Animal Aid is a small registered charity that is U.K. based. They are dedicated to helping feral or neglected cats in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. All work is voluntary. Their aim is to try to relieve the suffering of and ensure the well being of stray cats, specifically through the sterilisation of such animals.
The charity survives purely on donations from the public and corporate sponsorship. Barcelona Tapas is proud to be among those companies offering sponsorship. Any donations from our customers will be gratefully received by the charity.
