In the 15 years since Martin and David Dalmau started the company in Bell Lane it has grown into a large and flourishing business with three restaurants located in the City of London and one in Dulwich. Our aim is to provide quality authentic Spanish food to our clientele and above all, quality service. For this reason we are constantly on the look out for enthusiastic people who wish to make a career in the industry. All staff receive training in Health & Safety and Food Safety and we arrange regular Masterclasses for our Management Team to ensure they receive the best training for their roles.
